Time Commitment: October-March, 3-5 hours/week (hybrid: remote + on-location)

Open Roles Across 4 Teams

Logistics & Venue

Conventional event coordination. Make RoyalHacks run like clockwork. Coordinate venue bookings, schedules, catering, swag, AV setup, and on-site execution.

Sponsorships & Finance

In charge of fundraising. Fuel RoyalHacks behind the scenes. Build partnerships, secure funding, manage budgets, and shape relationships with sponsors.

  • Comfortable with outreach and networking

Marketing & SoMe

Responsible for branding & outreach. Shape RoyalHacks' public image. Design campaigns, manage social media, create content, and spread the word across campuses.

Operations

Tailor the experience for our participants–craft the soul of our hackathon. Organize workshops, recruit mentors/judges/speakers, and design the participant journey.
