Denmark's First
National Student Hackathon
24 hours. 200+ students. One weekend of innovation.
RoyalHacks brings together Denmark's brightest students from IT, design, engineering, and business for 24 hours of rapid problem-solving and innovation. Spring 2026, Copenhagen.
Why RoyalHacks Matters
Denmark's universities produce world-class talent across software, design, business, and engineering—yet these students rarely collaborate before entering the job market. This creates two problems:
- For students: Limited cross-disciplinary experience and confidence applying their skills to real challenges
- For companies: Difficulty identifying specialized talent and understanding the unique strengths of different academic programs
RoyalHacks bridges that gap. We're creating Denmark's first platform for students to build, collaborate, and showcase their skills across university boundaries—before graduation.
Building Denmark's Innovation Pipeline
Inspired by Major League Hacking (MLH)—the global framework behind hundreds of successful university hackathons—RoyalHacks creates the collaborative, cross-disciplinary culture that has launched countless startups and careers in the U.S. and beyond.
We're bringing that same culture to Denmark.
Our mission: Unite Denmark's next generation of tech talent through hands-on innovation, cross-university collaboration, and industry connection.
